NCAA Men's Basketball Championship (1966): UK v Texas Western Basketball Oral History Project

Project Summary

This is a series of interviews with Texas Western players and coaches who played during the pivotal 1966 NCAA Championship game against the University of Kentucky. Texas Western started five African-American players for the first time in the game's history and went on to defeat the all white starting five of the University of Kentucky for the championship.
